• Maintain valid authorization to connect third-party advertising accounts
• Use the services in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies
• Not misuse, reverse engineer, or resell our services without permission

4. Third-Party Platforms

Our services integrate with Meta, Google, and other platforms. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform's terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or platform rules.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ALEX-DIGITAL and PT Klimov Advertising Agency shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
